Who: This wrestling camp is open to wrestlers from 1st - 7th grade from any school district across the country. Participants must be at least 8 years old to stay overnight. The camp will focus on building skills for high-level youth success. While there are no specific credential requirements, we do expect each athlete to bring a strong desire to learn and a willingness to fully participate. This camp will be physically demanding, so to get the most out of the experience, we encourage all participants to come in shape and prepared to work hard.

Open to any and all wrestlers- Must be 9 years old to stay overnight

Camp Schedule (commuter campers)
9:30am-2:30pm  - daily (Lunch included)
Commuter campers will get two technique sessions per day

7:15am- Wake up
7:30am- Rise and Grind cross training
7:45am- Breakfast
9:30-11:00am- Wrestling session 
11:30am- Lunch
12:30-2pm- Wrestling session 
4:00pm- Dinner
6:30-8:00pm- Wrestling session (live wrestling/live situations) 
8:30pm- Snacks
9:00pm- Motivational Book study
10pm- Lights out

Drop off         -         June 30, 8:00-9:00am
Pick up            -         July 3rd,  3:00pm

Overnight campers will get up to 5 sessions per day including strength, technique, nutrition, video, self reflection and live wrestling sessions. Campers will stay on site. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. Snacks will be available for purchase in the evening.

Ethics:
A high standard of behavior and moral values are enforced at all Young Guns camps! Violators will be sent home without refund. 

Refunds:
Signing up for a camp secures YOUR spot and takes away a bed from other potential campers. These camps sell out. Because of this, 
NO refunds are given for not attending a camp unless you purchase insurance and have a doctors excuse. No exceptions!

Commitment to Excellence:
Come into camp IN SHAPE! This camp is for serious wrestlers. Showing up unpreparred limits your growth and increases the chance of injury.
